- Hotmail recognizes links differently than many email clients.
- To start the exam from the test invitation delivered to a Hotmail account, copy the full URL (testing link), and paste it into a stand alone browser (i.e. Microsoft Edge [PC only], Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari [Mac only].
