To Clear Cookies and Cache in Google Chrome:
- On the Chrome toolbar, click on the three vertical dots on the right side.
- Select Delete Browsing Data...
- Click Advanced tab in dialog box
- Make sure the following are checked:
- Browsing history
- Download history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- From the Time range drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select All time.
- Click Delete data button.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
To Clear Cookies and Cache in Safari:
- From the Safari menu, select Clear History....
- From the Clear drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select All History.
- Click Clear History button.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
To Clear Cookies and Cache in Microsoft Edge:
- In the top right, click the Settings and more icon (looks like 3 horizontal dots).
- Select History.
- Click Delete browsing data icon (looks like a trashcan).
- Make sure the following are checked:
- Browsing history
- Download history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- From the Time range drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select All time.
- Click Clear now button.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
To Clear Cookies and Cache in Firefox:
- Click History in the Firefox main menu.
- Select Clear Recent History...
- Make sure the following are checked:
- Browsing history
- Cookies and site data
- Temporary cached files and pages
- From the When: range drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select Everything.
- Click Clear button.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
To Clear Cookies and Cache in Internet Explorer 10.0 or higher:
- On Internet Explorer toolbar, click Tools icon on the right side
- Select Delete browsing history... from Safety submenu.
- Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and make sure the following are checked:
- Temporary Internet files and website files
- Cookies and website data
- History
- Click Delete button.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
