Clearing Cookies and Cache on Your Computer

To Clear Cookies and Cache in Google Chrome:

1. On the Chrome toolbar, click on the three vertical dots on the right side.
2. Select Delete Browsing Data...
3. Click Advanced tab in dialog box
4. Make sure the following are checked:
   • Browsing history
   • Download history
   • Cookies and other site data
   • Cached images and files
5. From the Time range drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select All time.
6. Click Delete data button.
7. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
   

To Clear Cookies and Cache in Safari:

1. From the Safari menu, select Clear History....
2. From the Clear drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select All History.
3. Click Clear History button.
4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser. 

To Clear Cookies and Cache in Microsoft Edge:

1. In the top right, click the Settings and more icon (looks like 3 horizontal dots).
2. Select History.
3. Click Delete browsing data icon (looks like a trashcan).
4. Make sure the following are checked:
   • Browsing history
   • Download history
   • Cookies and other site data
   • Cached images and files
5. From the Time range drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select All time.
6. Click Clear now button.
7. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
   

To Clear Cookies and Cache in Firefox:

1. Click History in the Firefox main menu.
2. Select Clear Recent History...
3. Make sure the following are checked:
   • Browsing history
   • Cookies and site data
   • Temporary cached files and pages
4. From the When: range drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select Everything.
5. Click Clear button.
6. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

To Clear Cookies and Cache in Internet Explorer 10.0 or higher:

1. On Internet Explorer toolbar, click Tools icon on the right side
2. Select Delete browsing history... from Safety submenu.
3. Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and make sure the following are checked:
   • Temporary Internet files and website files
   • Cookies and website data
   • History
4. Click Delete button. 
5. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
