If you are receiving a message that your account has expired, first you will need to determine which type of account you have.
If you are a client with an ecommerce account, you'll need to purchase tokens or renew your annual account from within the system. Please follow the steps below.
- Log into your account using administrator as the username.
- On your main menu, click Advanced Options
- Go to eCommerce Payments
- If you need to purchase tokens: Select an inventory number and complete the credit card information in order to complete your purchase. You will be sent a receipt via the email address in the form, and your token inventory reading will be adjusted accordingly.*
- If you need to renew your annual account: Enter the amount that you need to pay to renew in the space assigned and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
If you are a client with a contract that has expired, please contact your account manager directly. If you don’t have the contact information for your account manager, please contact us directly at email@example.com, or call 844-686-9851 to speak to a representative.
