If you have entered the password incorrectly to your account more than 3 times, your account will be locked out. You can unlock it without any need to call technical support.
To do so, you will need to go to the Forgot Password link underneath the login. This will allow you to reset your password. After the password is reset, it will unlock your account. Please note that the e-mail address that is requested on the reset password page is the email address of that username, not necessarily your own email address.
If you have received a reset password, make sure that you are typing it in exactly as you see it. You can also highlight the password, paste it and copy it on the password field. If you are going to use this method, make sure you do not highlight any additional blank spaces before or after the password as this will be read as a symbol that is part of the password and it will not be correct.
