Bulk Upload can be used to add additional candidates to your Talent Community or to update existing profiles in the CRM.
Required Fields are the only the email. You can include as few or as many other fields as you wish. It is recommended that when importing new people, you include as much good information as you have. Ensure you only include information that you know is correct and new; you may already have better information in the CRM that you don't want to overwrite.
Field Values -- All bulk upload files must be in ‘CSV’ format. If you are using excel, before attempting to upload the file you need to ensure when you save the file you choose 'Save as' and then select "CSV (comma delimited) (*.csv)" in the "Save as type" setting.
Campaigns and Tags -- Since campaigns and tags may have multiple values, you need to separate each one with a comma.
So, when adding two campaigns, you might have:
campaign1, campaign two
