To send an email to candidates from the CRM.
Where is the feature/functionality located?
The CRM is one of our ST products and is utilized in supported web browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari.
How do I email candidates from the CRM?
Once the candidate or candidates have been selected:
- Choose a template from the template dropdown menu.
- Edit the email content by choosing Edit from the email preview panel, then select the pencil icon.
- Add or edit the content of your email and select Save.
- Create a Campaign at the top right of the main email page (i.e. Email-Dallas Job Fair). Please note, emails cannot be sent without a campaign.
- Add or edit the Subject line of the email.
- Preview the email and proceed to Test.
- Once you have received your test email and reviewed the information, you can Save Template and/or Send.
