SmashFlyX allows users to request feedback on a contact as long as permissions are set correctly. This can be useful in getting the input and attention of others.
In folder or a job, select one or more contact records. In the Actions pull-down is the Request Feedback action.

Selecting this will open the Feedback window. Select the person or people you request feedback from. Just as you can select feedback on more than one candidate at a time, you can select more than one person to give feedback.
When feedback is requested, reviewers will be notified via email and may click through to respond.
Feedback is submitted along with comments by the reviewer.
When feedback is submitted, you as the requestor are notified.
Feedback requests and responses appear on the new “My Feedback Requests” page in CRM.
Any SmashFlyX user may be a reviewer to provide feedback, but only users with the new “Request Feedback” permission will be able to initiate a feedback request.
