SmashFlyX allows users to request feedback on a contact as long as permissions are set correctly. This can be useful in getting the input and attention of others. Users with request permissions will see the "Request Feedback" action when in the folder view for any contact folder, smart folder, or job folder.
Note: The action is not available from the contact profile or from the contact search at this time.
The example below will be for a contact folder and the steps are similar for a smart folder or job folder.
In the folder, select one or more contact records. In the Actions pull-down is the Request Feedback action.
Selecting this will open the Feedback window. Type ahead and select the reviewer or reviewers you want feedback from. Just as you can select feedback on more than one candidate at a time, you can select more than one person to give feedback.
When feedback is requested, reviewers will be notified via email.
Selecting View Feedback Request will take them to the specific request(s) within SmashFlyX.
Selecting the first contact row will take the reviewer to that contact record with the feedback request at the top
Selecting the Leave Feedback button opens the feedback window where the reviewer selects one of three ratings and can leave a comment
When feedback is submitted, you as the requestor are notified.
Selecting View Feedback will take you to the feedback. Also, feedback requests and responses appear on the “My Feedback Requests” page in CRM.
To see the feedback comment, select the Response icon and this will open up the comment window.
Any SmashFlyX user may be a reviewer to provide feedback, but only users with the new “Request Feedback” permission will be able to initiate a feedback request.
