With the ongoing COVID pandemic, many companies are experiencing challenges related to the health and availability of their staff.
While we are trying hard to make sure that support services and delivery deadlines are not impacted, we do have a number of team members whose lives have been disrupted by the virus. There may be a delay in support and delivery or change in the timelines because of the current situation. We have advised our client-facing teams (Support, Customer Success, Service, Technical Account Management, and Implementation) to proactively provide updates if they foresee any disruption in work.
