Our Symphony Talent Help & Support site contains how-to guides and documentation for all our self-serve products. Access this site to review these guides or request assistance from our Support team. You may log in or create an account with our website by following the steps below.
- From your browser, access the website URL: https://support.symphonytalent.com/hc/en-us
- When the page loads, select the Sign In button to access the site materials.
- From the Sign In screen, enter your email address and password. Remember these are different from your SFX CRM login credentials.
| NOTE: If you have not yet made an account for the Help & Support site, select the Sign up link to create one. Make sure to use a different password from your SFX CRM credentials. |
- After entering your credentials, select the Sign In button.
- From the Help & Support main page, select the View Categories button of the desired tile to access the guides and documentation found under each category.
- From the selected category page, select the article title to access the resource.
