There are times when you may find that you need to reset your SFX CRM password. This can be done in five simple steps.
1.) On the login screen, click on "Having Trouble?"
2.) A popup will appear. Enter your email address, if it's not already auto-populating, and click on "SEND"
3.) Next you'll receive an email in your Inbox. Within the body of the email, click on the button that says "RESET PASSWORD.
4.) You'll then be sent to a page when you can enter, and then confirm, your new password. Once you've done that click on the "RESET" button.
5.) Lastly, you'll be shown a success message, where you'll find a link back to the login page. Click on that and proceed to log into the CRM.
