Forgot your SFX CRM password? Follow these simple steps to get back into your account.
- From the SFX CRM login screen, select Having Trouble? link to begin resetting your password.
- The Forgot Password dialog box displays. Enter your Email address (if it isn't auto-populated), then click SEND to continue with the password reset.

Check your INBOX for the Reset Your Password email. Within the email body, select the RESET button.
On the password reset page, enter and confirm your new password. Once complete, select 'RESET' to finalize the update.
- 4.) You'll then be sent to a page when you can enter, and then confirm, your new password. Once you've done that click on the "RESET" button.
- 5.) Lastly, you'll be shown a success message, where you'll find a link back to the login page. Click on that and proceed to log into the CRM.
