Once a location has been assigned to a SmartPost job, the location can’t be edited.
Many sites consider a location change as a new posting so this alleviates any additional liability.
To have a location updated, please fill out the support form (https://hodes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). Please be sure to include the job ID and the new location. Upon receipt, the Smartpost team will review to ensure the location can be changed without issue.
