Google Cloud Jobs Discovery API now powers job searches on Employer career sites
Symphony Talent's X-Cloud Career Website component integrates with Google Cloud Talent Solution, further enhancing our already powerful Job Search with new features. With Keyword matching, job seekers can search for a job title, and results returned are exact keyword matches. Along with Company jargon recognition and Abbreviation recognition, Multi-language support is available in all languages which are currently supported by Google Translate. Commute Search can show jobs with a 30-minute commute on public transportation set from home or any location. With Concept recognition, understanding 'server' can mean either waitstaff or computer backend.
Other feature sets are Spelling correction, Seniority alignment, Real-time query broadening, Employer recognition, Title detection, Job enrichment, Advanced location mapping, and Location expansion.
Smart Folders can Automatically fetch profiles based on Search criteria saved to the smart folder.
As a sourcer, do you want to create a folder based on your Search criteria and then have any new people automatically added to this folder. Smart Folders are for you! You can then edit the criteria or add filters to the search criteria. Power to you!.
Smart Folders enable outbound marketing by using the saved search criteria and providing a shortcut to a predefined segment of the talent community defined by the user or the client organization. Smart Folders can be updated on the fly by the user.
Do you have a Job Event coming up? Send an outbound campaign from the Smart Folder guiding the candidate to register to the event through a Microsite. Candidates that register through the microsite will show in the custom folder and allow the user to see the response and follow up with any individual that could not make the event, but expressed interest overall. An easy way to operationalize your job event in a meaningful structured way. Also use the microsite to register new people at the event. New joinees will automatically be included in the Smart Folder assuming they meet the criteria.
As candidate become employees, an integration with the client’s ATS will move candidates in the talent community to internal, this is automatically picked up in the search criteria for Smart Folders keeping them fresh. No need for the recruiter to review the candidates, assuming internals are excluded from the search criteria the process is automated for the recruiter.

EU Data Privacy laws give users rights to control their data, and how it is used. For customers having only X-Cloud Candidate or Career sites, all Sites will have a Cookie declaration ribbon enabled to explain that cookies are being collected and what we are using them for.
New capabilities now available to attract candidates to your brand:
New Login bypass feature for Microsites to support Event registration and other non-data sensitive use cases
When a user already exists in the X-Cloud database, and event participants are gathered through a Microsite, the user will be prompted to log in. With this new feature, users can be simply added to the People Folder and shown the Thank you page.
Existing user can complete the form and the required 'Login' step will not be enforced. The user can submit the registration form with the validation occurs correctly on the form and see the Thank you message configured for that microsite. The recruiter can view a list of people getting added in a folder configured for that microsite. If the user is already logged in, they see the pre-populated field and then they can click the 'Continue' button to submit the form.
This feature is configurable through the Microsite admin interface where pass-through Checkbox can be enabled or disabled as per the client need.
New Blog Search tool with Search and a filter option for blog results to improve the user experience while reviewing blog content
The default WordPress search used to search all content types, not just blog posts. With this feature rollout, the user can perform a sole search on blog content.
Login via Modal
Redirecting jobseeker to another sign in page can break the user flow. With the new sign in modal, user return exactly where they launched the sign in call. Users remain on page where login was initiated and they will experience less obtrusive flow. Both Social Network and Username / Password login formats supported. Candidates can easily login to their profile and get personalized. Also, they experience better apply flow as not kicked off the job apply page when applying to multiple jobs.
Stores are now generalized to Locations and various types such as Stores, Facilities, Warehouses, and other user-defined options are enabled, with custom content, job lists, maps, and other Location specific content. This feature can be leveraged across all clients and verticals.

Job Search Improvements
On the Jobs page, Job Title and Keyword search bars replace the old search method, to make search easier, quicker, and accurate. With the new Job Title Search, the recruiter can search through Job Title, Job ID (X-Cloud or External). With the new Keyword Search, the recruiter can search through Job Description, Job Requirements, Job Code.
Ability to view and search the requisition id of the source ATS
Through Tools > Feature Permissions, Admins can configure whether users should be able to search for X-Cloud generated Job IDs or for External (integrated ATS) Job IDs
Once Configured, users can search for jobs with ATS IDs of the customers ATS using Title Search on the Jobs page; Job cards in the search results display the ATS IDs as well.

Jobseeker's phone number included upon profile download
On download profile(s), the jobseeker's phone number is included in the downloaded csv file
Allows recruiters to quickly send out emails to job seekers or applicants, enabling recruiters to engage with talent regarding specific actions. Emails can be built using pre-configured Campaign type templates, thereby making the communication quick and simple.
Allows X-Cloud Admins to govern password strength rules for user sign-ins. With this feature, the organization can control the complexity of passwords allowed, to suit the Organization’s security profile.
The feature allows for a smoother search experience on the Jobs and People pages, by enabling quick access to the last used search criteria. You can also Clear All search filters at once.
Scheduled Emails and Campaigns
Recruiters can now plan communication with job seekers in advance. The feature allows one to specify a date and time when the email/campaign will go out. Helps manage engagement of talent in a streamlined and planned manner.
An offer approval process is introduced, enabling organizations to monitor and control offer rollouts within the product. Recruiters can select the offer approval chain while creating an offer. Once done, the approvers get notified via mail, and can approve or reject the offer in X-Cloud. Editing an offer while the approval process is ongoing is allowed, although this resets the approval process to re-start at the first approver again.
Improved Password Flow
The forgot password flow triggers a password recovery email to the user with a recovery link valid for 48 hours. The improved communication and flow allows for a more secure and intuitive system.
