Do I see all jobs at my organization or only the ones assigned to me?
Under the OWNER filter, use All Jobs to view jobs that are visible to you, restricted by your and the jobs' hierarchies. Selecting 'My Jobs' shows only those jobs that are assigned to you.

How is a Job Assigned to me?
The 'created by' field of the job defines who it is assigned to. This field either comes from the ATS, in case of integration. In case jobs are being created in the CRM, the person creating the job is the default owner. You can change the OWNER by editing the 'created by' field on the Job Details view.

What is the number shown in the red circle on the Job card?
A red circle on the card shows the number of profiles in Applicant status. Once a person moves out of the Applicant status (say, to Candidate, Offer etc) the person no longer counts towards this number. Use this as an indicator to either start screening applicants for such jobs, or to source for jobs that don't have any/low applicants.

If my organization uses an ATS, do I need to post jobs in my CRM to source for them?
You do not need to post Jobs in the CRM. Jobs posted in your ATS automatically show up in the CRM. Search for relevant people in the CRM to add to your job's Leads folder, or go to the job to view people Recommended by the CRM.

I want to create a job, but I don't see a relevant template for it, how can I add a template?
Position Templates can be created and managed in Libraries > Position Templates. Reach out to your Admin or ST contact in case you do not find Libraries under the person icon

I used the third ‘Access’ step while creating requisition two months before for the hiring process set up of a particular requisition. Now I need to edit the onboarding forms. Will I be able to do that?
Yes, it is very simple to edit any of the information submitted earlier in 3 steps of job creation. You can go to the job details page, in the ‘Job Actions’ dropdown, click ‘Edit’ button to make necessary modifications and re-submit the requisition.

Will I be able to see a preview of the screen in and screen out messages before submitting the requisition?
You will be able to see a preview of this automated communication in Libraries > Messages section and edit the message as required.

What if I need to inform potential job candidates about a new opening and attract them to apply?
You can use ‘Advertise’ button on this specific job details page.
