To promote a campus event, I want to find students and alumni of Harvard Law School. How do I search for such profiles?
Use the Boolean search query :
(Education.institution : *Harvard*) AND (education.institution : *law*)

How can I search for contacts with exact work titles 'Business Analysis'?
When you want to run searches for exact phrases, use .break with the field. Eg,
work_history.title.break : "Business Analyst"

We use a custom field on our Landing Pages and Lead Capture Pages, how can I search for contacts basis this custom field?
List powered Custom fields (fields having answer type checkbox, radio, dropdown) can be added to the 'Edit Custom Fields' pop-up. Reach out to your ST point of contact to get this configured.

I am not able to un-check the Unsubscribed toggle on the Profile. How can I re-subscribe the contact?
When a contact unsubscribes, they have essentially asked to be excluded from marketing communication. Hence, users of the system do not have the ability to re-subscribe contacts. Please reach out to the contact directly (via phone) to encourage them to subscribe again, or send out an email from outside the system.

I added a contact to a job, but I can't see that person as an Applicant in that job. Where did the contact get added?
The 'Add to Job' action adds a contact in the 'Leads' section of the job. It is not possible to apply on behalf of contacts, hence adding to jobs lands the contact in the CRM side of job folders. From the Leads tab, you can campaign the contact, inviting them to apply for that job.

I want to delete a Note I had added a while back, how can I delete it?
Deleting Notes is a privilege controlled at role level. If you do not see a Delete icon against your notes, your role does not have access to delete them. Reach out to your Admin if your role needs to be configured for this privilege.

While adding contact's school or job history, I am not able to easily select desired timeline from calendar.
Clicking into 'From' or 'To' text fields, opens up a calendar view of current date. To select a previous or next month, use back and next arrows. To access past years and months, click on the current month, year given on display. For example if you click on January, 2020 you will be able to select various months from year 2020. If you wish to go back to previous or next decade of years, again use back and next arrows. On selecting specific year, now you can further select desired month, data subsequently.

If you do not wish to use calendar view, you can also easily type in the dates in YYYY-MM-DD format.
