Here is where you can control your site media mix for each campaign, specific to "Job Ads PPC/CPA". Indeed and Media Private Exchange, are always recommended here, if you're tracking through to application and hire. Indeed is the market leader and can drive a lot of traffic efficiently, and for Appcast Exchange, we can take the Indeed Cost-Per-Apply value, and use that in as the CPA goal for every other site in the marketplace, then paying out only on driven applications, which reduces spend risk. For example if Indeed is driving a $10 CPA for a campaign, Appcast Exchange would drive a $9 CPA across all other sites. If Indeed is driving a $5 CPA, Appcast Exchange would drive a $4.50 CPA across all other sites. Indeed also works well because we are directly integrated with the Indeed campaign-management APIs, and so our campaigns always turn on "bid optimizer" which means that you never need to think up a click bid. The bids and pacing will always be set to "optimal" on Indeed and Appcast Exchange.

In addition to Indeed and Appcast Exchange, there are lots and lots of other sites that can be added into campaigns with a percentage of budget. By using percentages rather than flat amounts, you'll never need to constantly edit and do math in the platform as budgets and needs shift around. Snagajob does extremely well for high-volume hourly hiring. Ziprecruiter is also a strong-performing partner that leverages "zipalerts" to candidates that aren't necessarily online doing active job searches. Other core partners often worth experimenting with directly are: Glassdoor, Talroo, Linkup, Nexxt, Upward, JobCase, and others.

Here you can set your "Default" site media mix. That way, you can launch new campaigns quickly from the main campaigns page, and you need not visit this channel page, as the campaigns are getting set up automatically with your default PPC-CPA Job-Site mix. By default we turn on our "Site Optimization" algorithm, which means slowly week by week based on performance of applies and hires, the ratio between sites will self-adjust to drive you better and better results over time based on the performance data coming in every day. This way also, strong performers need to stay strong, as this feature is always on. One site can get more and more of the budget with strong performance each week, but then they would naturally start to slip, losing that ground automatically if performance doesn't stay better than average for that campaign. This optimization happens campaign by campaign, so the site mix optimization may end up acting completely differently between Admin jobs, Sales jobs, IT jobs, and so on. This is another reason why it's an important best practice to create you campaigns based on similar jobs, as the site optimization will then be valid as the performance data set build up over time for those job types.
