The social ads tab works just like the banner ads, search ads, and video ads - except for the ads in question are Facebook ads, and we're connecting into the Facebook Ad Management API into order to auto-launch the social ad campaigns.
This means, that again, the job-based campaigns are auto-created as soon as a budget percent other than 0%, is added to the Social Ads channel from the Budgets tab. This means that targeting within Facebook is set up automatically in order to reach candidates that are a fit for the job types in the campaign. Additionally, the geo-targeting is auto-created within Facebook as well, as the job hiring locations inform the targeting radius for any social ad campaign that gets launched, just like the other auto-launchable media channels.
Just like with the other channels, custom targets and campaigns can also be launched from this tab, if targeting is different than what is implicit based on the jobs openings themselves.
