This is where a recruiter can view all jobs in a list view. You can also switch from a list view to a card layout view.
The list and card views show a job's Title, ID, Status, location and by whom & when the job was posted.
A Filter panel on the left lets recruiters find jobs they are working on.
• Search for specific job titles or IDs using TITLE SEARCH
• KEYWORD SEARCH searches within both job titles and job code, job descriptions & job requirements.
• Clicking My Jobs under OWNER shows jobs assigned to me (created by me). Clicking All Jobs shows jobs that I have access to view.
• Filter by POST DATE to view jobs posted up to 15 days ago, between 16-45 days, and +45 days.
• Filter by STATUS to find jobs by their status - OPEN, HOLD, CLOSED, CANCELLED, PENDING, DRAFT.
• The Location filter lets you search jobs by Store/Office/Site, if set up that way.
• City and State filters can be used to search jobs by where they are posted.
• Use the FEEDBACK filter to quickly get to jobs that have candidates for whom the Hiring Manager shared feedback.
Use the Sort dropdown to arrange jobs by Relevance (to search filters), Job Title, Post Date and Posted By (user). You may inverse the sort order by clicking on the Arrow button next to the sort dropdown.
