Landing Pages allow candidates to rapidly join your Talent Community. Landing Pages are often used by candidates to register for an event, accept an employee referral, or even apply to jobs. Landing Pages can host branding, custom messaging, and personal experiences, helping you to convert more people into potential candidates.
Landing Pages can be incorporated into websites, a page as an embedded widget or button, or a link or image. It can be added to an email as a URL or into Twitter, Facebook or any online platform. Once they go through a Landing Page, they are a "Member" in your Talent Community. A Landing Page can be configured to pop-up on a page as an unobtrusive “light-box”, or provide a complete stand-alone landing page displaying rich content and an optimized funnel for connecting Members into your ST platform.
The Landing Page generator lives in Folders. You cannot create a Landing Page without adding it to an existing Folder or creating a Folder.
In general, using existing templates is expected when creating a Landing Page or building a new Landing Page. Changes to text is very manageable for users.
From hamburger menu, visit 'Landing Pages' to view a list of Landing Pages available in your CRM. Each Landing Page card will show the title, Landing Page creation details, link to the landing page, status (Draft, published, unpublished).
There is a search bar available to search any of the Landing Page where you could use search filters such as Landing Page created date. There are sorting options to view all Landing Pages and option of viewing Landing Pages in card view or list view using the hamburger icon next to 'Sort By' dropdown.
To create a new Landing Page, select 'Create New Landing Page' on top right. For a new Landing Page, put in the Landing Page name and then select an existing folder or Create a new folder. Select from the various templates, forms created during implementation, and complete the form with Welcome and Thank you page configuration. Select 'Generate Now' and the Landing Page will appear in the Job Folder.
