How can I change the background image or add pictures, URL to Landing Page?
Changing the background image on a Landing Page should be a request to Symphony Talent through our Zendesk ticketing system. To put URL links and pictures in the body of a Landing Page also requires understanding of source codes and hosting. These type of needs should also be requested through Zendesk, unless the builder is confident in their abilities.
I am not able to see Messages section in the CRM. How can I create or update existing system messages?
This is probably a permissions issue and your access to the message area of the CRM will need to be approved. Please reach out to the Support team through a Zendesk ticket and we will review your request. Also, you cannot create System messages. These are messages that come as part of the product like Activation Link emails.
