Each Message card will show the title, Message subject and a quick preview of message looks like to the intended recipients.

There is a search bar available to search any of the messages. There are sorting options to view all messages and option of viewing messages in card view or list view using the hamburger icon next to 'Sort By' dropdown. Quick filter option can be used to filter messages by message types such as Automated Job Match, Interview, Campaign, Screening, Video Campaign.

To create a new message, select 'Create New Message' on top right. For a new message, select message type, template and put in the email subject.

System messages are those created for the implementation and those messages need a developer to modify. This would include Activation emails and Password Reset Emails among others.

Job Alert emails have a designation with autojobalert in the creation category. These also can only be changed by a developer.

Other messages created by users have designations such as screening or campaign, based on what the user labeled their message. These are editable.
