Our March 2020 Release adds an ability for recruiters to easily shortlist profiles in CRM to take actions on selective profiles at once. Also, based on the feedback, an enhancement is added to CRM’s campaign building experience to manage email details.
Profile Management in CRM
What’s New:
Recruiters in CRM can now have the ability to persistently select multiple profiles in folder view and profile view. Later, the persisted selection can be used to easily take ‘Actions’ on shortlisted profiles simultaneously.
When the recruiter selects a profile while browsing through the profiles using the navigation on the profile page, the selection will be persisted if the user navigates back to the talent community’s home page.
Similarly, On the custom or smart folder page, the profile selection will be persisted. If the recruiter first selects profiles (some or all) on the folder, then clicks into a profile and uses Next/Previous, the selection persists in the profile browsing view. Breadcrumbs can be used to go back to the folder, and the selection will be still persisted
Campaign’s Subject Editing in CRM
What’s New:
Rich Text Campaigns in CRM are used to engage and nurture specific groups, through an individual email or a series of automated emails that will trigger basis specific actions.
While creating/editing a Rich Text Campaign using the new campaign builder experience, the custom subject line defined on the main journey builder page would get over-written once the template was selected and 'Save and Return' clicked on the template editor page. With this enhancement,
- Subject defined on the journey builder page using ‘Edit Details’, always retains, even after a 'Save and Return' is selected from the template editor page.
- The template's subject is visible on the template editor page so that if the user wants to use this subject, it's available for copying from this page and pasting on the journey builder page by clicking 'Edit Details'.
