With our XCloud To SmashFlyX integration, the current app.xcloud.io URL will be redirected to app.smashfly.io. Your bookmarks to the old URL will still work via an automatic redirect. We recommend making the new URL your new "favorite" link in your browser.
The existing SmashflyX CRM URL will be redirected to the smashfly.io domain.
OLD URL - app.x-cloud.io/clientName/#/pageName
NEW URL - app.smashfly.io/clientName/#/pageName
For example, the current CRM URL, 'https://app.x-cloud.io/symphonytalent/#/login', will be redirected to "https://app.smashfly.io/symphonytalent/#/login". There is no impact of this change on career sites. In most cases, you don't need to take any action. In case your IT team has been whitelisting the current x-cloud.io then they will need to add smashfly.io to that list. To be on the safe side, we recommend that you inform your IT team of this change.
Our April 2020 Release adds an ability for recruiters to one or more tags to contact to enhance the search and segmenting capability of the CRM. Also, in candidate experience, a single job list column may now include multiple job fields to display diverse information.
Tagging of Contacts in CRM
What’s New:
CRM users can now have the ability to add one or more tags to contact to enhance the search and segmenting capability of the CRM.
Recruiters/ Sourcers can add tags to contact to label them and categorize them in any way they choose. These tags will be searchable and hence enable the sourcer to search for contacts through the tags added by them on each contact. The Sourcer can use tags to classify all contacts by Skills, Former employee, Current competitor employee, Education levels, Recruiter/ Sourcer working on the specific contact, and many more.
Tags can be used by the talent marketer to segment the contacts based on their understanding of the talent market and run campaigns based on the contact who are tagged by one or more tags.
Users can add and remove tags on the contact's page and search contacts using tags as shown below.
One can also create smart folders using tags. Tag creation is allowed for users whose role permits tag creation. Additionally, Admins can go to Tools > Tag Manager to create, edit, and delete tags.
Enhanced Job Search List in Candidate Experience
What’s New:
The job search widget on career sites can now be configured to include diverse information within a column. Eg, the first column's label is Position, the data in this column show Job Title, and below that the location of the job. This can be configured by the Solutions team as needed.
