December 2020 Release provides a configurable option with talent profile activation emails.
Talent Profile Activation Email Configuration
Currently, if a contact signs up to the talent network, an activation email is sent out to the contact. For bulk import, recruiter created, and integration created contacts, there is no configuration available to send out an activation email.
The activation emails are made configurable via a feature flag. By default, the activation emails will be sent to the contacts and clients have the option to disable activation emails if needed.
