November 2020 Release provides a way in SmashFlyX CRM to manage contact statuses of multiple contacts at once and new options for selecting a preferred editor to Create/Edit Message Templates.
Candidates can log in to their talent profile and raise a request to delete their profile data.
Mass update of Contact Status in CRM’s Contact Listing Page
Sourcers and Recruiters are able to mass update the Contact Status and Contact Disposition of the selected contacts on the contact listing page.
Contact statuses are of two types: Pre-application and Post-application. Post-application statuses will be greyed out and users will not be allowed to select the same. Users can update Pre-application statuses and dispositions of multiple contacts at once.
Contact Record Expunge from CRM
Candidates can visit career websites to login to their talent profile and delete their profile data using ‘Delete Profile’.
The contact can initiate this request to delete his/her personal information and the contact’s data will be hard deleted from the CRM. The contact will not be available in any search results in the CRM. The contact also gets deleted from all CRM workflows and campaigns (scheduled or draft) that he/she is a part of so that contact does not receive any communications including SMS, Email, or Drip. This removes all references from all logs maintained by the CRM.
Once deleted, the contact will not be able to login to their talent profile.
Editor Selection to create content in CRM
New feature permission 'Enable HTML Editor in Content - Messages' is introduced under Tools > Feature Permissions > Messages for CRM admin level or privileged users to manage. If Enabled, the HTML Editor is made available while the user is creating/Editing Message Templates.
The label of existing Feature Permission has changed for clarity. Under Tools > Feature Permission > Messages, the feature permission ‘Enable Drag & Drop Editor Feature’ is renamed as ‘Enable Drag & Drop Designer’ in Content > Messages. If Enabled, the Drag & Drop Designer Editor is made available while creating/Editing Message Templates.
