Preparing to Send Large-scale Campaigns
SmashFlyX helps customers to send mass email campaigns to millions of contacts regularly. As part of our efforts to ensure our customer's campaigns are successful, we ask that you please contact us 3 days in advance when scheduling campaigns that will exceed 2 million contacts. This way our technical resources can monitor your campaigns while they are being executed.
Please contact your technical account manager or customer success manager prior to scheduling any campaigns that will exceed 2 million recipients and they will coordinate with the appropriate Symphony Talent resources.
